We are on a fundraising drive. Are you ready to support a once-in-a-lifetime photographic exploration trip through Africa? My partner, Eltje, and I (Pietro) are embarking on a six-month journey that will take us through some of the continent’s most breathtaking landscapes and diverse cultures.

The journey needs much planning, but here is a sense of what we plan. We’ll begin our journey in Namibia, capturing stunning images of the Namib Desert and the iconic Sossusvlei dunes. From there, we’ll venture into the heart of Africa, visiting the vibrant cities of Angola, the lush rainforests of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the majestic Victoria Falls in Zambia.

As we continue our journey, we’ll explore the stunning scenery of Malawi and Tanzania, capturing images of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro and the Great Rift Valley. We’ll then move on to Kenya, photographing the incredible wildlife in the Masai Mara and Amboseli National Parks.

Next is Uganda, where we’ll trek through the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in search of the elusive mountain gorillas. We’ll then travel to Mozambique, photographing the beautiful beaches and coastal communities before heading to Zimbabwe to capture the magnificent Victoria Falls from a different perspective.

Our journey will conclude in Botswana, where we’ll explore the Okavango Delta, one of the most diverse ecosystems in the world, and photograph the amazing array of wildlife that calls it home.
