Most English-speaking leaders I meet here are not struggling because they lack skills. They’re struggling because of what’s happening inside while they lead:
Looping on critical decisions longer than they want to admit
Carrying the weight of complexity home every evening
Avoiding or softening difficult conversations they know need to happen
Feeling like they are “performing leadership” rather than inhabiting it
Wondering how much longer this way of working is truly sustainable
Traditional leadership training doesn’t touch this.
It adds more tools to an already overloaded mind.
The real leverage point is your inner operating system—how you relate to yourself, others, and complexity in the moment.
Depth Work Lands Differently Face to Face
Leadership coaching in Munich is delivered face-to-face. In-person work changes the quality of the coaching relationship. Sitting together in the same room, without the constant pull of screens and notifications, makes it easier to:
Drop below the polished narrative and get to what is actually going on.
Notice subtler signals: tension, tone, energy in the room.
Work with real emotions and real scenarios in real time.
Practise new ways of being in conversation, then take them straight back to your boardroom.
Sessions typically take place in the greater Munich area, with the option to mix in virtual sessions when travel or schedules demand it.
If your leadership life is lived in high-stakes rooms, it makes sense to do the inner work in a real room as well.
Typical areas we work on in leadership coaching in Munich:
I’m Pietro Pazzi, a leadership coach and mentor for executives in complex systems.
This is not traditional leadership coaching on “how to lead”.

A structured, one-to-one programme for CEOs, COOs, and functional heads who sense their current inner operating system is no longer enough for the complexity they face.

6 monthly sessions (60-120 minutes, one-to-one)
Tailored integration practices between sessions

Foundation: mapping your inner landscape and “operating system”
Engine: activating conscious Will and aligned decision-making
Inner Team: harmonising subpersonalities (critic, driver, strategist, caretaker, etc.)
Relational Field: presence, psychological safety, and influence
Synthesis: navigating polarities and tensions with both/and wisdom
Actualisation: leading from deeper purpose with sustainable energy
Best for: senior leaders ready for profound, lasting transformation, not just skill polish.

Developing centred awareness under pressure
Integrating inner work with outer effectiveness
Building sustainable high-performance rhythms
Navigating complex decisions and stakeholder dynamics with more clarity and less internal friction
Best for: senior leaders who want a trusted thinking partner over time, rather than a one-off intervention.
Mentoring leaders to turn complexity into simplicity and performance
A mentoring-focused engagement for executives who want to personally master simplification and excellence, not just hire it in.
Leadership Mentoring in Munich Format:
10 mentoring sessions over 6 months
1–2.5 hours per session (typically bi-weekly)
Guided integration work between sessions on live projects
Focus:
Diagnosing where complexity silently destroys speed, quality, and focus
Designing a simplicity-driven game plan aligned with strategy
Building governance, metrics, and a “centre of excellence” mindset
Leading simplification initiatives and handling resistance
Turning data and KPIs into practical, confidence-building decisions
Embedding simplicity as part of your leadership legacy
Best for: senior executives, entrepreneurs, and high-potential leaders who want to become recognised simplification leaders in their organisations.
What Changes When Leaders Do This Work?
Leaders who commit to this work typically report:
A noticeable increase in decision confidence and a decrease in looping
Being less reactive under pressure and more able to choose their response
Cleaner conversations with colleagues, with more honesty and less fallout
A clearer sense of what is theirs to carry and what is not
Leadership that feels more like them and less like a role they’re acting in
Their teams often notice:
A calmer, more grounded presence in the room
More space for real dialogue
Greater clarity on what matters and why
This is for you if:
01 - You are a senior or emerging senior leader, based in the greater Munich area.
02 - You work primarily in English and want to use that language for reflection.
03 - You are technically strong but sense that your inner patterns now limit your impact.
04 - You are willing to be honest, to look at yourself, and to do the inner work.
It is probably not a fit if:
01 - You want quick tips without genuine self-exploration.
02 - You are looking for purely tactical skills training.
03 - You are not ready to talk openly about what is really happening for you in your role.
Step 1 – Discovery Conversation:
Virtual Discovery Call (30 minutes)
We meet on Zoom or your preferred platform to explore your current situation, what you are hoping for, and whether we are a good fit.
Step 2 – Chemistry Session:
First Working Session (60–120 minutes)
A full coaching session focused on a real issue you are facing. You experience the approach directly. At the end, we decide together whether it makes sense to continue.
Step 3 – Agreement & Focus:
Coaching Agreement
We agree a 3–12 month framework, the frequency of sessions, and what “good outcomes” would look like for you (and, if relevant, your organisation).
Step 4 – Ongoing Work:
Regular sessions in Munich (with virtual sessions as needed), plus light practices between sessions that fit your reality.
Step 5 – Review & Next Steps:
Review & Next Steps
Periodic check-ins on progress and a final review of what has shifted, what remains, and whether further work is helpful.
01
Location: Greater Munich area (exact venue agreed upon; quiet, confidential spaces only).
Language: Coaching primarily in English.
Format: In-person as default, with virtual sessions available when you travel or schedules require it.
Confidentiality: What you bring to sessions stays in the room, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
02
No. We start with a discovery call and, if that feels promising, a single chemistry session. Only then do we decide on a more extended engagement.
03
Often, yes. The organisation sponsors many engagements. We can align objectives and agree on what, if anything, will be reported back at a high level. The content of sessions remains confidential.
04
Most leaders commit to 60–120 minutes every 2–4 weeks, plus minor adjustments to how they approach existing meetings and decisions. The aim is not to give you another project, but to change how you move through the work you already have.
05
That uncertainty is normal. The discovery call is precisely the place to explore it. You are not committing to anything beyond that conversation.
06
This page focuses on in-person work for leaders in the greater Munich area, but I also coach executives globally via Zoom. If you’re outside Munich but feel aligned with this approach, you’re still welcome to reach out.
07
My office, your office, at least I prefer to use quiet, neutral locations in the greater Munich area – either a private office space or a dedicated coaching room, depending on what suits you best. The environment is deliberately calm and confidential, away from your usual meeting rooms, so you can switch off “performance mode” and focus on yourself.
08
Yes. The primary working language is English, but if it helps nuance or emotion, you can switch into German for parts of the conversation. Most clients prefer English for conceptual work and slide back into their native language when something feels particularly sensitive or subtle.
09
For some executives, especially those travelling to Munich, an intensive format works very well. We can structure a one- or two-day deep-dive (with breaks) to work through key themes, then follow up with shorter virtual sessions. This can be useful at the start of an engagement or during major transitions.
10
Yes. Where appropriate, I’m happy to liaise with HR or L&D to align objectives, timing, and any organisational processes. We can agree clear boundaries: HR gets high-level themes and progress, while the content of our conversations remains confidential between you and me.
11
That’s common at your level, and it’s not a problem. We can design a hybrid rhythm: in-person sessions when you’re in Munich, virtual sessions when you’re travelling. The continuity of the work matters more than the format, and we’ll build a pattern that fits your real calendar rather than an ideal one.
If you recognise yourself in what you’ve read—successful, experienced, but aware that the way you’re leading is asking more of you internally than feels sustainable—then the next step is straightforward.
We start with a conversation. No pressure, no sales script, just an honest exploration of where you are and what you might need.
