Manifestation Planner

Are you setting goals .… and actually manifesting them?

Most people intend to follow through. Very few have a repeatable method that survives real life: pressure, distraction, wobble, self-doubt, and the “busy” trap.

You don’t need another to-do list. You need a system that rewires your subconscious for success. Download the framework that fuses Depth Psychology with Executive Strategy to turn your ambition into inevitable action.

Get the Manifestation Planner.
A practical, proven loop that helps you choose the right goal, define it properly, build a plan you’ll execute, run simple daily/weekly practices that keep you aligned, then review outcomes and learn fast.

You’re not failing at goals. You’re missing a system.

You probably know this pattern:
  • You start with motivation, then momentum fades.

  • The goal is “clear” in your head, but fuzzy in execution.

  • You’re doing a lot… and somehow not progressing.

  • You set five priorities, then secretly execute none of them well.

  • You don’t review properly, so you repeat the same mistakes next cycle.

This programme is built to remove those failure points by design. Not by hype.

Why use a goal-setting and
manifestation planner at all?

Most goal-setting stays at the level of wishful thinking or vague planning. It looks productive, but it doesn’t change behaviour.

This programme is for people who want to answer questions like:

  • What goal would actually create a meaningful payoff (not just a “nice idea”)?

  • How do I turn intention into scheduled action on real days?

  • What do I do when procrastination, interruption, fear, or perfectionism shows up?

  • How do I keep my thinking, emotions, and actions aligned so I don’t sabotage myself?

  • How do I extract learning when things don’t go to plan, without self-judgement?

  • It doesn’t give you a label. It gives you a loop you can run.

The five parts work as a loop.

This is where most people go wrong. They pick goals that sound good, or goals driven by stress.

You’ll do a quick life-area scan, generate improvement ideas, then run them through a prioritisation sieve (including payoff, meaning, leverage, and feasibility). You’ll end with one primary goal for the cycle, plus a parked list so you don’t delete your ambition.

ou’ll crystallise the goal using the Six W’s (WHO / WHAT / WHERE / WHEN / WHICH / WHY), then turn it into a SMARTT outcome (including the second “T”: Tangible).

Then you’ll engineer motivation (benefits and cost), build a step-by-step plan, engage resources, pre-solve obstacles, and set accountability and review.

This is where “I know what to do” becomes “I actually do it”.

You’ll choose a small set of practices you can sustain, such as:

  • short daily incantations (interval repetition),

  • a pocket goal card,

  • sensory tangibility building,

  • 30–60 second process visualisation (rehearsing the hardest step),

  • alignment checks (thoughts, emotions, actions),

  • self-talk switches and limiting beliefs reframes,

  • environment design (remove friction, add friction, start ritual, stop rule),

  • a 5–8 minute daily review routine.

These are not “nice ideas”. They’re practical mechanisms for follow-through.

At the deadline (or when you finish early), you complete a proper review:

  • Did you achieve it? Fully, partially, or not yet?

  • What outcomes did you create?

  • What worked, what didn’t, and why?

  • What did you learn about yourself (identity-level shifts)?

  • What’s the next goal that builds your 3–5 year direction?

This is how you stop repeating the same cycle and start compounding progress.

You go back to Template 01 with fresher data, stronger self-knowledge, and a better sense of what actually works for you.

The process is simple:

01 – Request the programme Click the button, enter your details, and you’ll receive the PDF pack by email.

02 – Pick one primary goal Complete Template 01. Choose one goal per cycle. Keep the rest on a parked list.

03 – Crystallise it and schedule action Complete Template 02 and translate your plan into real calendar time.

04 – Run daily/weekly practices Choose 2–4 supporting practices and run them consistently (minutes a day, not hours).

05 – Review weekly, then do a proper deadline review Weekly micro-reviews keep you honest. The deadline review turns outcomes into learning.

If you follow the sequence, you reduce random effort and replace it with clear decisions, visible progress, and regular course-corrections.

Who this is for

This planner is for you if you’re:

  • a leader, founder, coach, or senior professional who’s tired of “busy” as a strategy,

  • serious about delivering goals, not just setting them,

  • willing to work with both the plan and what gets in the way internally,

  • ready to build follow-through as a skill, not a personality trait.

It’s not for you if you want a magic spell with no behaviour change. This is a method. You do the work. The method makes it far more likely you’ll complete it.

Why Your Smartest Plans Are Gathering Dust

Let’s be honest for a moment. You have the vision. You have the talent. You even have the plan. So why, three months from now, will that critical project likely be sitting in the same "parked" folder it’s in today?

It’s not because you’re lazy. And it’s not because you’re incapable.

It’s because you are fighting a battle against your own biology without a weapon. You are trying to use brute-force willpower to overcome deep-seated neural patterns. And willpower, unfortunately, is a battery that runs out.

When the battery dies, the Thieves of Time move in. Do you recognize them?

The Grid:

The Thief: Procrastination
The Lie: "I'll do it when I have more energy."
The Truth: This is fear. You are avoiding the discomfort of the unknown.

The Thief: Interruption
The Lie: "I have to be available for my team."
The Truth: You have fuzzy priorities. You are letting other people's urgency steal your importance.

The Thief: "Busy"
The Lie: "Look how much I got done today."
The Truth: You spent 8 hours on "Urgent Distractions" and 0 minutes on your "Imperative."

These boxes are data, not a verdict. But to defeat them, you need more than a calendar. You need a system that aligns your vibration (your internal state) with your execution (your external actions).

User Feedback

What users have been saying about my planners

“I genuinely can’t believe this is free. I’ve paid for courses that gave me less structure than this planner. The templates, practices, and review process feel like a full programme—printed it out the same day and started straight away.”

Marcus

“What I appreciated most was the flow. It takes you from getting clear on the right goals, to choosing the right actions, to tracking the right outcomes—without skipping steps or getting lost in theory. It’s the first planner that’s helped me connect intention, execution, and results in a way that actually sticks.”

Sophia

“I’ve done a lot of ‘goal setting’ that was basically wishful thinking. The Wheel of Life + prioritisation sieve helped me pick one goal that actually mattered, instead of chasing five at once.”

Maya

“I didn’t expect something this simple to go this deep. The prompts pulled up patterns I’ve been avoiding (especially around what I really want and what keeps derailing me), but it never felt overwhelming. It’s like a gentle framework with real bite.”

Elena

“This turned my vague ‘I need to get healthier’ into something I could measure and schedule. The Six W’s + SMARTT sections forced clarity, and the weekly review questions kept me honest.”

Gary

“Surprisingly practical for a manifestation planner. The pocket goal card and the 5–8 minute daily review made it easy to stay aligned without turning it into a whole lifestyle.”

Nina

“I loved the ‘next smallest action on a real day, at a real time’ emphasis. It’s not fluffy. The obstacle section (and the ‘thieves of time’ list) called me out—in a useful way.”

Ravi

“The reflection template is gold. Even when I only hit part of my goal, it helped me capture what worked, what didn’t, and what I learned—without spiralling into self-judgement. This is a must program for anyone who truely desires to manifest their goals.”

Claire

“Feels like a calm blend of coaching prompts + a clean project plan. The self-talk switch and ‘stop rule’ for overthinking helped me get moving again.”

How this shows up in coaching

Many people use the templates independently. Some prefer support.

In coaching, we typically use this flow:

Step 1 – Assessment & goal choice: pick a goal that actually matters.

Step 2 – Tighten the goal: remove fuzziness, build a plan you’ll execute.

Step 3 – Work with resistance: procrastination, perfectionism, fear of visibility, inconsistent follow-through.

Step 4 – Integration: test practices in real life, then review and upgrade.

Step 5 – Repeat: better cycles, better results, less drama.

If you’d like a confidential conversation about your goal
and what’s getting in the way, you can book a free discovery call.

Your Ambition Deserves a System.

You can keep treating your goals like wishes. Or you can start treating them like engineering projects.

The Goal-Setting & Manifestation Program is more than a set of PDFs. It is a permission slip to stop struggling and start aligning. It is the structure you have been craving.

“If a goal lives only in your head, it’s a fantasy. If it lives on paper, it’s a plan. But if it lives in your senses, it’s a reality waiting to happen.”
